Cancellation: Same regulations as for staying at Alebo Pensionat. To be seen here.
Number of persons: The tenant must state the number of persons living in the house (adults and children) and this number will be the maximum to overnight unless other is negotiated by writing.
Non smoking: The house is non smoking indoor
Cleaning: You will arrive to a clean house and you are supposed to leave it cleaned. It is possible to make an agreement of paid cleaning made by us (price SEK 900).
To bring with you: Bed linen, towels, dishcloths, dishtowels, paper towels and toilet paper etc Cleaners and cleaning tools are provided in the house.
Not included in the tenancy price: To encourage environment friendly energy savings and excessive use of air condition, you will pay SEK 2,50 pr. kilowatt hour. Observe: In cold periods we will start the heating before your arrival and measure the use of electricity from that point.
Damage caused by tenant or tenants guests: Damages on house or inventory shall be reported to the landlord at latest 24 hours after departure by phone or e-mail. The tenant is liable for all damages.
