	Tallstigen 22 is for rental on weekly basis with arrival Saturday 14.00 and departure Saturday 11.00.  Note: Off season other rental periods can be arranged. Fixed price SEK 1000 per night.

	all incl. except bed linen, towels, cleaning and electricity (see "Departure"). Payment is settled with VISA or Mastercard in Alebo Pensionat's secure net payment system. Your confirmation will tell you how.
	Not included in the tenancy price: To encourage environment friendly energy savings and excessive use of air condition, you will pay SEK 2,50 per kilowatt hour. Observe: In cold periods we will start the heating before your arrival and measure the use of electricity from that point Firewood: Usage of firewood to be paid according to agreement. Price is based on SEK 700 per cubicmeter.
	Deposit: SEK 1000 which will be refunded when the house is left clean and with no damages.
	Cleaning: You will arrive to a clean house and you are supposed to leave it cleaned. It is possible to make an agreement of paid cleaning made by us (price SEK 900). Breakfast buffet can be obtained at Alebo Pensionat.
	Additional charge for wireless Internet (WiFi) SEK 200 per week.
